DriveU Launches Pet-Friendly Driver Service in Bengaluru.

DriveU, India’s largest on-demand driver service platform, has announced the launch of PawRide, a dedicated mobility solution designed exclusively for pet parents travelling with their pets. The service went live on December 16 and is currently available in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad.

PawRide aims to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free travel experience for both pets and their owners. Whether it’s a visit to the veterinarian, groomer, or a casual outing, the service ensures pet-friendly drivers, clean vehicles, and a smooth journey for dogs and cats alike. All PawRide driver-partners are specially trained to understand pet behaviour and handle four-legged passengers with care.

Speaking on the launch, Rahm Shastry, Co-founder & CEO of DriveU, highlighted the company’s commitment to inclusive mobility that accommodates furry family members. Pet parents can easily book the service via the DriveU app by selecting the pet option.

To mark the launch, DriveU has also partnered with animal welfare NGOs, including Bengaluru-based ROAR, reinforcing its commitment to responsible pet care and community support.
