Funding to accelerate science-backed, whole-food pet nutrition as the brand gears up for pan-India expansion and global markets

Right4Paws, a premium pet nutrition brand owned by Coimbatore-based Pet Prakalp India Pvt Ltd, has announced the successful closure of its Series A funding round, raising ₹14 crore from a group of high net-worth individuals. Three Pins Capital Ltd, UAE, acted as advisor to the transaction.
The funding marks a major milestone for the brand in an industry where early- to mid-stage pet care companies typically raise smaller rounds. The capital will be used to expand manufacturing infrastructure, scale production capacity, strengthen R&D, onboard specialised talent, introduce new functional and life-stage nutrition products, and expand distribution across India, while building a base for global exports.

Commenting on the fundraise, Mr. Dhanu Roy, Founder & Director of Right4Paws, said, “This fundraise marks a major milestone in our mission to elevate pet nutrition standards in India. At Right4Paws, we combine the benefits of species-appropriate whole foods with the convenience of modern dry nutrition. Our science-led formulations, supported by years of R&D, are designed around the digestive system of pets to deliver better health and longevity.”
Echoing this, Mr. Sameer Achan, Co-founder & Director, added, “The strong investor confidence reflects recognition of our differentiated philosophy, proprietary technology, go-to-market approach and long-term vision.”
