Teresa : At Pawsome Concierge, we are redefining pet care by combining trust, safety, and convenience to offer premium, personalized services for pets and their parents. Think Uber meets Airbnb for Very Important Pets—our mission is to ensure every pet receives the same level of care, attention, and love as they would at home.


My journey into pet care was unexpected. I used to be terrified of dogs due to a traumatic childhood experience. It wasn’t until I met Coco, our Chief Pet Officer, that everything changed. Coco helped me overcome my fear and showed me the unbreakable bond between pets and their humans. That experience inspired me to create Pawsome Concierge, ensuring pet parents always have access to trustworthy, high-quality care from professionals who truly understand their needs.


To uphold this standard, we ensure that every caregiver in our network undergoes rigorous training in Positive Reinforcement (R+), Pet First Aid, and CPR before they are approved to care for pets under our brand. We maintain these standards through:

  1. What have been the biggest challenges in implementing this personalized and algorithm-driven approach to pet care, and how have you addressed them?


Teresa: The biggest challenge has been ensuring that our technology is as strong and efficient as the human hospitality services our VIP clients expect. While we believe our technology is key to scaling Pawsome Concierge, we must get it right before sharing it widely. Currently, it’s only shared with a select group as we continue refining it. In the tech world, there’s always room for advancement, and we want to ensure that when we roll it out more broadly, it lives up to our high standards. We’ve been working diligently to refine the technology and ensure it seamlessly complements the personalized care and attention that define our service.




  1. As pet care needs to evolve, how do you plan to innovate and expand Pawsome Concierge’s services to meet the growing demands of pet owners?


Teresa : As pet care continues to evolve, we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve by maintaining our personalized approach while expanding our services. We plan to enhance our matching algorithm to provide even more precise pairings between pets and caregivers. Additionally, we’re growing our caregiver network and introducing specialized services like wedding pet care and premium travel support. We’re also working closely with pet-friendly hotels to offer seamless accommodations for pets during travel.


To meet the growing demands of pet owners, we’re launching new training programs through our Learning Management System (LMS), expanding into new markets, and continuously developing tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of both pets and their owners.
